Scott has successfully executed real estate transactions with every major retail developer, on every significant retail street and retail district in the United States. He has also assisted in site selection in the Arizona market for various well-known brands, including Fogo de Chao, Bar Louie, Brio, Blue Martini, Lucky Strike, Uberitto, ATI Physical Therapy, and others.
Scott Johnson entered the retail consulting industry in 1998, working on the leasing effort for the highly successful Kierland Commons project.
