He has been instrumental in managing the expansion of several national brands such as Lucky Brand, Karma and Luck, Nectar Life, Socks & Bottoms, and Brighton Collectibles. Scott’s current portfolio includes representing a variety of tenants, from local retailers and restaurants to national chains.
Beyond tenant representation, Scott has also provided consulting services for several high-profile developments during the pre-leasing phase. Notable projects include Kierland Commons, Westgate, Park West, Verde at Cooley Station, and Tempe Marketplace. His proven track record and esteemed reputation have earned him the trust and respect of colleagues across the nation.
Scott Johnson is a seasoned professional in the retail consulting industry, having embarked on his career in 1998 with a focus on the leasing efforts for the successful Kierland Commons development. His expertise spans a wide range of retail and restaurant consulting facets, including new concept development, store roll-outs, market analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, and financial management. Outside of his professional endeavors, Scott enjoys traveling, golf, and fitness. He is actively involved in his community, serving on the board of directors for EdKey School, where he advocates for the interests of both parents and students.
