With over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mike has honed his expertise in retail leasing, national tenant representation, development, and sales. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 1,800 transactions, showcasing a high level of activity and accomplishment. This includes the development of 2 million square feet of shopping centers, illustrating his involvement in large-scale projects. Mike has facilitated numerous franchise and corporate roll-out expansions across the country, indicating his proficiency in managing and
overseeing large-scale real estate initiatives. He has actively participated in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in various leadership roles. His involvement includes serving as the State of Arizona Next Generation Chair, Deal Making committee member, Western Regional Chair, and advisory board member for ICSC's Next Generation program.
Mike was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but he moved to Tempe, Arizona, at the age of six. This early relocation undoubtedly influenced his connection to the Arizona real estate market. Mike's background and career in real estate reflect a diverse and accomplished professional journey.
