Westgate Entertainment District

In 2004, Omni Commercial Real Estate Principal, Scott Johnson was selected to lead the consulting and pre-leasing team for the mega entertainment development, Westgate, in Glendale, Arizona. Scott's role was to work hands-on with Steve Ellman of the Ellman Company and his team on the design/flow of the development. The assignment was a huge success for all parties involved. Westgate now has a powerful national presence with all things dining and entertainment including being home to the NFL's Arizona Cardinals and the NHL's Phoenix Coyotes. This is a prime example of the unity and strength behind Omni Commercial Real Estate. The Westgate epicenter continues to be a key attraction for the Valley of The Sun.
